  • Access to email support via licencing@lonsys.co.uk or go to our Help Pages.
  • Technical support by email is available between the hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday excluding public bank holidays. If your require further support options, click here.
  • Support will only be provided on the Microsoft licensing products purchased through London Systems and how to deploy the licenses.
  • Any questions relating to technical issues arising from the use of the software covered by the licenses purchased through London Systems, or technical issues arising from the computers used to run the software on, are not the responsibility of London Systems.
  • However, we do offer support options that would cover the use of the software or the computers used to run the software and these can be separately purchased.
