IT Review
Before we get to a switch point, we’ll always complete a review with you. This involves looking at how your IT works now and basically what needs to be improved. We aim to understand what you need, as well as what you what you want. Click here for more information.
The Audit
We’ll come and visit you to get to know your business, listen to your IT frustrations and discuss what you want your IT to do for you – now and in the future. The audit is an opportunity to ask questions, gain an expert opinion and get to know us.
The Recommendation
We are always transparent about cost and honest about the best solution for your business. You’ll receive a comprehensive audit report; recommendations, prices and description. Then we’ll call to make sure that it all makes sense and answer any questions.
Approval to migrate or take over
We’ll agree a switch over date, which includes any 3rd party handover and a short overlap period.
The Transition
It takes a few days to transition over to us and we’ll always do hardware stuff at the weekend. We’ll also manage all of your 3rd party suppliers so that you don’t have the hassle of getting log-ins or passwords.
